VADA


Ingredients:
1 cup Urad dal
1 cup Moong Dal
3-4 green chillies
Few curry leaves
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds
Vegetable oil
1/4tsp Baking soda

Method:
1. Soak Urad dal and Moong dal for about 3 hours. Grind them coarsely. 2. Add salt, green chillies, curry leaves, cumin seeds, and soda
3. Heat oil in a sauce pan
4. Fry small spoonfuls of the mixture in hot oil.
