Ingredients:
2 cups raw peanuts
4 green chillies, chopped (optional)
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Lemon juice and salt to taste
Method:
1. Roast the peanuts
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, wait till they flutter. Then add cumin seeds, chillies, and onions. Sauté the onions till they are almost brown
3. Grind all of the above to a fine paste using suitable amount of water.
4. Add salt and lemon juice according to taste
