Ingredients:
3 cups rice
1/2 cup raw peanuts
1/4tsp Bengal Gram
1/4tsp Urad dal
1/4tsp cumin seeds
1/4tsp mustard seeds
2 pinches turmeric powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3-4 green chillies
Few curry leaves
Method:
Cook the rice.
Roast the peanuts.
Heat oil in a pan. Add chillies, Bengal gram, Urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, peanuts, curry leaves, and turmeric powder. Add salt.
Add this mixture to the already cooked rice. Add the lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
