Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Mix the above ingredients
2. Slowly add 3/4 cup warm water to firm a dough, and knead till it becomes smooth
3. Divide the dough into small balls, and roll into ~6inches round
4. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan
5. Add a little salt to keep it from smoking
6. Fry till it puffs. Turn and fry till light brown
7. Drain oil
8. Serve ASAP
