Ingredients: (Makes ~10 puffs)
2 pastry sheet
2 small potatoes
1 cup mixed vegetables
1-2 green chillies
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Thaw the pastry sheet for about 10 minutes before unfolding. After the pastry roll has thawed, open it out on a flat sheet.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Cook the potatoes and the vegetables. Add garam masala and salt. Keep it aside
3. Cut each sheet into 5 pieces. Place about 2-3 tbsp of the cooked vegetable onto the sheet and fold it around it. Seal all the corners, by pressing the sheets together and applying a little water.
4. Stick it into a pre-heated oven (450 degrees F) for 15 minutes or until it browns. Make sure the pieces are at least an inch apart from each other to allow even baking.
5. Serve hot with ketchup
