Ingredients:
1 cup rice
1/2 cup sugar
1 can condensed sweetened milk
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 cup unsalted cashews
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 tbsp unsalted butter
Method:
1. Cook the rice in a rice cooker
2. Heat butter in a saucepan till it gets clarified, add cashews and condensed sweetened milk.
3. Add cooked rice, and sugar to the above and let it cook till rice gets softer.
4. Add the lemon juice and garnish with raisins and cardamom
